The Finance Committee analyses financial risks and also works with operational risks, insurance, compliance and security issues. No decision making power has been bestowed on the Finance Committee. The instructions to the Finance Committee have been approved by the Board of Directors. There is no remuneration for the chairman nor for the members of the Finance Committee.
